Customer satisfaction is our main goal. Currently, we do not offer refunds. If there is a concern such as the wrong item was sent or defective, please contact us via email and we will be happy to assist.

Exchange (Apparel Only):

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Please include: your name, order number, the item that you are returning, what item, color and size you would like in exchange.

You will receive a confirmation email  along with shipping instructions.  

Print out the original order confirmation and package it with the item that is being returned.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We recommend that you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
